Delivery

Delivery in Dubai is free on orders of AED 300 or more. Below that, a flat AED 30 delivery fee applies. Choose your delivery address at checkout, and we will contact you to arrange a delivery time.

Pickup

Prefer to collect? Pickup is always free: choose it at checkout and collect your order from our warehouse at National Industries Park, Jebel Ali Industrial Area 3, Dubai, UAE.

Shellfish pre-orders

Clams, mussels and lupini are available by pre-order only, so they arrive at peak freshness:

  • Orders placed on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday are delivered on Saturday.
  • Orders placed on Thursday or Friday are delivered on Wednesday.

Wholesale deliveries

Restaurants, hotels and cafés can arrange regular deliveries. Get in touch to set up a trade account.

Returns

Because we sell food, we can’t accept returns of products that have been opened or that need to be kept chilled, unless there is a problem with them.

If something arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or isn’t up to standard, contact us as soon as possible at info@qualitytastes.com or 04 824 4760, ideally with a photo, and we will replace the item or refund you.
